When I was a wee little 'lass, to get to my Hungarian grandparent's home, I had the privilege to exit out of the back patio door from my childhood home, and pass throughthe apple orchard my father and mother tended upon our land....

some of my fondest memories were walking through the orchard in both springtime amongst the tree's blossoms, but in pure awe of the fruit which this biblical tree bore in bounty for
not only my family, but all who were in a 20 mile radius.....

they would bring crates full to anyone who wanted them~
and I will never forget the excited and proud feeling I had in adoration of my parent's for
sharing our harvest amongst others.......
~as does our dear neighbor Ginny~
our orchard is quite too young yet, but I hope to bless many people with this
well deserved fruit which comes in abundance, faithfully, every Autumn........
Autumn Blessings!!

I stumbled across your blog....I put your link on my page, I hope you will not mind me sending some of my friends your direction. :)
ReplyDeleteI grew up with Apple trees in our hills...my sister and I would explore the hills to find the one yellow golden delicious tree on the property....it was always such an adventure....until we got older and learned about directions and landmarks. :) If I had those apples at my disposal now....I would share them too. :)
Happy Autumn Anne Marie,
ReplyDeleteI know when your trees are muture and dripping with fruit they will be the best apples in the district. Full of all thay lovely energy that flows around your farm.

When we are blessed with this much abundance our first thought should be toward how we serve others. Your servants' heart has added beauty to my day. And I thank you that you share the beauty of your farm with all of us.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Jenn
