dining room banquette.....

that is what my mind is on, besides the big barn sale at the farm.........



do i have my husband make a tufted back? on the two corner walls?

create something with a slip? to take off and wash?


there is something so cozy to the above and below pictures........

this is what mine (sort of) looks like now......
back in that corner see? where the buffet is? THAT is where I want either
2 couches built with tufted backs (most likely), swag the chandelier over the table (a new/old one of course - like this one) and then X out all the chairs, and go with a bench and one wing back for 'the master of the house'

what do you think?

I'm up for ideas!!

    Oh Yes definately! I like the second picture with the yellow fabric!! { I like the bead board behind the banqette too}That would be a perfect spot to place a banquette!

    cmon' now just get up an hour earlier tomorrow and you can knock this out ... then plan the poteger, order the farm supplies, sew a few elizabeths ...and in the down time could ya make me a dozen baguettes ...
