raw edges....

with the fabric I used for decorating the Patisserie, and elsewhere in the sale, I made a table cloth......raw edges and all.......

and on the pergola covered deck, it is JUST the look I needed!!

(watch out you pesky side chairs that sit on the deck!!! you are next!)

~Wishing you all a wonderful weekend~

  8. Anne Marie I love this, I zoomed in on the first image and I think the texture and design are wonderful - you'll set a new fashion.

Also wanted to say how beautiful your new banner pictures are.

  9. Sitting here in my NEW ELIZABETH, raw edges in places, and all! Thank you thank you thank you, I absolutely adore it as well as the sweet packaging that it came in. I do hope to see you at Junk Bonanza, as I am planning to go to that and perhaps take some classes at Women Create at the same time. I have to tell you, when I slipped on the Elizabeth, I felt like I had stepped back in time, to a gentler era of house-keeping....I also felt more purposeful, like, "Hey, it's time to get some stuff DONE around here!" I will cherish her. xx Suzanne PS: Love what you did with your leftover fabric ~ beautiful!

  16. You got me hooked on raw edges last year when I saw the bottom of your skirt for the first time, I liked them before but you pushed me over the edge! These days I never want to hem anything!
Saves time that is for sure!
That table looks perfect - can't wait to see you attack those chairs!

  19. Such a simply beautiful solution, some of us would just use the yardage as a tablecloth...you put the NaDa spin on it! Thanks so much for your kind comments on my butterfly project. Have a great holiday. Love, Penny

  20. Sorry it took me so long to reply! Thanks for the offer, but I still haven't had time to talk to daughter about tablecloths. (My ideas are all over the place! I just ordered a bunch of cheap vintage tablecloths from ebay!)
