a custom sign...and a grand opening for ruffled nest

i used vintage blue string, glued it on like a script font

(i used modgepodge)

leaving the ball of string was my idea, but then jason suggested I put it on a branch with a bird's nest resting in it's crook.........he's brilliant!

the metal letters aren't exactly what i wanted on it - i wanted vintage metal letters - (still on the hunt!)

Sherrie loved it - and that's all that matters!!!

and I can't wait to have her grand opening!!  music & eats & vintage & industrial & painted furniture & (hopefully) even a sip of wine in the mix

so she is working practically every day to paint some more items (she uses Annie Sloan paint)
