    1. I'm so glad you think it's pretty...I added a touch of pink there with that throw - but not too overwhelmingly "feminine" I hope!

  6. Oh this is so beatiful, I love the mismatch of styles and furniture! My kind of home decorating!
I haven´t seen your question at my blog norrfriddesign.blogspot.com until now, and yes, I can send my pillows to the US also. But I haven´t got any sheepskin at the moment, not until fall this year!

  17. Once again, it's so refreshing to see a mix of painted and stained finishes in one room. You have the Midas touch when it comes to mixing it all up and having it turn out fabulous!

  19. What a makeover!
My favourite thing is that wonderful blue French desk, where did you find it? I LOVE LOVE it!
And I love all the paintings and crosses on it!

Just a question: wouldn't you think of painting (or sanding it if there is a beautiful wood essence under that coffee dye) the bed and hanging some paintings on the wall over it? Just to say...

    Hugs,

    Fra

  20. Love, love, love what you have done, because it was a gift of love to yourself and your husband. Can't separate the two, because when God put the two of you together He created a oneness that your love and His Love continues to nourish, not just spiritually, but in the ordinary of life. 22. It is gorgeous! I love the variety of fabrics and that bench is just beautiful... it matches the desk perfectly. I do love how you mix painted pieces with wood. I think it fits so well with the rest of your beautiful home.

  23. Beautiful ideas! But I would like to share my idea with you. I would suggest you embroidery work in spite of painting, because it is not long lasting. You can try my idea.

  24. Very pretty! Love the blue desk and accents. That bench is beautiful. When i was little my furniture in my room was the blue color of your desk, and I am fairly vintaged. Love all your things on your dresser. All it needs is an antique elegant perfume bottle. You will come up with a great back drop to your bed. You always have a knack with making things just gorgeous. Just an idea. How about a collage of pictures of those beautiful kids and your farm in antique frames. Maybe some in frames painted blue?
