the rooster (oh sorry, I mean Sir Charles) sits on my back porch.........and waits for me to hand him some homemade bread crumbs....
or leftover handmade popcorn (he's really rather partial to the popcorn)
at first glance, he is regal and beautiful........but even more so when you take a closer look.....
(this one's for you Becky....he's totally winking at me!)
he's my buddy on the farm
what is so amazing is when you start looking at things in more detail........no matter what it is.....you always find out more about that subject.....and creates a deeper appreciation for that subject.........
thus the new line of Na-Da Farm home decor.........

What a Gorgeous Creature ;) Great way to be greeted in the early morn I think.
ReplyDeleteHe makes me miss the rooster my folks had. Though he wasn't quite as beautiful as yours, he was very friendly ;)
Not so sure the neighbors appreciated how friendly he was. lol

Oh my I'm cracking up over the rooster! I adore him! My husband and I once bought 13 chickens and we named them all. A fox got all of them, but one - Connie - she always perched on my husband's shoulder like a parrot. She got hit by a car though :( I never got any eggs!
ReplyDeleteI am loving the fungus print - I seriously keep thinking about it so it may have to come to my house.
