growing amongst the peonies and daisies is French lavender

tied in a bundle hanging from your favorite vintage fan in your kitchen while you are doing the dishes, or while slaving over a hot stove for your family....you might just get a glimpse of feeling as though you are in France, amongst lavender fields and cool ocean breezes....

but it really does smell freshly wonderful!

don't let this day pass without smelling something fresh and wonderful

  1. We planted our french lavender last summer & it's finally showing blooms! :) We planted a ton of lavender, so I'm so happy to *finally* get to see some purple after waiting so long. Attaching some bundles to a fan is brilliant! I am so going to do that! Mmm! :)P.S. I think your garden is just fabulous!!

  10. Dear Anne Marie,
Your garden looks a picture and your header is wonderful.
It will be a good few weeks until our lavender is out. You are a little ahead of us.
What a great idea to put a bunch of lavender on the fan. It must smell beautiful in your house. XXXX

  12. One of our favorite things to do in
the summer is visit the lavendar
farms nearby. They are so vast, and
you could almost imagine that you
were in France. Suzanne is thrilled
with her "Elizabeth". Worn over a
simple tank dress, it could start a
    new fashion trend. So pretty.

Would you please provide some info about how to sign up? see dates are yet to be determined, but would appreciate some info for planning. how much does it cost to participate, how much room is allowed to set up in, what types of items are acceptable to sell, etc. thank you.
