tomatoes+basil+vinaigrette

Here's the recipe:

~cut fresh little tomatoes in half and add cubed mozzarella (or other mild white cheese)
~peel and slice cucumber, chop basil and sprinkle on top
- mix all of it together -
~drizzle some balsamic vinaigrette over it all

~done~

of course I suggest eating this light lunch with fresh French bread....and a fresh glass of iced tea
