so good
so easy
- take a huge bunch of kale
+ wash it thoroughly
+ remove thick middle 'stems'
+ toss in bowl with olive oil and a bit of sea salt
+ bake in a 300*F oven for a little over 30 minutes (but watch it so it doesn't brown too much)
yum!
I have tried it now on popcorn.....very tasty.........
peace + blessings,
on popcorn?? you are such a good eater. i need to be more like you.
ReplyDeleteYum! this also works with squash blossoms. They're not the prettiest out of the oven but they are good. :)
ReplyDeleteYummy! I tried this for the first time last year and just loved it! :)

that sounds yummy! i bet all of your herbs are yummy too (from your previous post)! looks like all has been well with you and the family :)
ReplyDeleteI love kale!

the additional ingredient of nutritional yeast flakes (cheesy flavor) on the kale and slow dried in a dehydrator keeps it full of live enzymes and is oh so yummy. the way we've always seasoned our air popped popcorn is w/olive oil, sea salt & yeast flakes...the best!!!
