feeling the solid structure firmly beneath my feet give me the confidence to continue on this journey
and try as I might, I can't fit into anyone else's shoes.......though sometimes I would love to, or I thought I would love to....
my feet get me where I need to be, but my heart beats fast at this pace.......
the more I try to slow down the more things seems to speed up! it's just because most everything and everyone around me is faster than me.....i've never been a fast runner......I analyze and contemplate everything......I have to slow down.......
maybe......maybe.......others will catch on and see that around me........and enjoy the journey too

We are an EXTREMELY slow paced family, living most certainly out of our realm. Lord willing one day we will be able to live in a small town on a small farm.. Where things will feel more like us. :)

I feel the same way as you Anne Marie. I cannot live the lives that many around me do. It is exhausting to me when I am use to such a simple life. And sometimes in the process of trying to make my life simpler, it seems I make it more complicated. But it is always a journey and a challenge to figure it all out. I pray for you that you will find comfort and a pace that is comfortable again as I pray the same thing for me and my family. Much love to you my friend.
